At The Royal Pet Club®, we work to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely and in perfect condition.

1. Delivery areas

We currently deliver exclusively to:

Mainland Spain & Islands

 

Mainland Portugal & Islands

 

Rest of the European Union

 

 

We do not deliver to:​

2. Preparation times

Orders are prepared within 24 to 72 working hours of payment confirmation.

3. Delivery times

Mainland Spain 1 – 5 working days

Spanish Islands 5 – 10 working days

Mainland Portugal 2 – 5 working days

Portugal - Azores 10 – 25 working days

Portugal - Madeira 7–10 working days

Rest of the European Union 3–7 working days

 

The delivery times indicated are estimates and may be affected by logistical issues or force majeure.

In any case, the maximum delivery time will be 30 calendar days in accordance with current regulations.

4. Delivery charges

Mainland Spain: €4.95

Spanish islands: €7.95

Mainland Portugal: €5.95

Portuguese islands: €7.95

Rest of the European Union: €6.95

Free delivery:

Spain: orders over €49.99

 

Portugal: orders over €59.99

 

Spanish & Portuguese islands: orders over €79.99

 

Rest of the European Union: orders over €69.99

 

 

The total amount, including delivery charges, will be displayed before payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery companies

We work with courier companies specialising in e-commerce.

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number.

6. Incorrect address or recipient not present

If the order cannot be delivered due to:

Any costs arising from a redelivery may be borne by the customer.

7. Delivery issues

If the order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, we recommend reporting this as soon as possible by sending photographs to:

Without prejudice to the consumer’s legal rights under current consumer legislation.

8. Delays

In the event of a significant delay, the customer may contact customer service to resolve the issue.

In the event of failure to meet the maximum legal delivery time, the consumer may terminate the contract in accordance with the applicable regulations.

9. Transfer of risk

The risk in respect of the products passes to the consumer at the moment when the consumer or a third party designated by them takes physical possession of the goods.
