RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At The Royal Pet Club™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here is how to proceed.

 

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To do so, they must notify us by email at:

2. Conditions for accepting a return

Products must be returned:

 

In their original packaging

 

 

Unused

 

 

In perfect condition

 

 

With all accessories and labels

 

Returns will not be accepted for:

 

Opened or used products

 

 

Hygiene or food products once unsealed

 

 

Personalised products

 

 

3. Return procedure

 

Write to info@theroyalpetclub.com indicating your order number.

 

 

You will receive return instructions.

 

 

Send the product to the address provided.

 

 

Once received and verified, a refund will be issued.

 

 

4. Return costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless:

 

The product is defective

 

 

The product is incorrect

 

In these cases, The Royal Pet Club™ will cover the costs.

 

5. Refunds

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

6. Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of receipt to:

Please attach photographs to help us process the incident.
 
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled at no cost if they have not yet been shipped.
 Once shipped, the return policy will apply.
